The Friends of Guéoul Board of Directors was assembled by former Peace Corps Volunteer, Judith Ann Beggs, who formed a lasting relationship with the people of Guéoul during her two-year stint from 1990-1992. Many of the board members have lived in or visited this charming close-knit village, others simply believe in the power of education to transform and elevate every life.
